    减肥日记

     
    我是一个没有形象的人。这话我原来经常挂在嘴边
    不过自从4天前过磅后,我被自己狠狠的吓了一跳
    据说我像麦兜喝完草莓药水一样浑身抖动并嘴型变成了波浪
    人生中我从没觉得减肥这事和我有关
    即使我一直是个胖子 即使我此生唯一瘦过的日子是三岁去新疆水土不服的半个月
    一直的想法是
    真的挺无所谓的 反正也不影响活动 反正也不需要别人认为我好看 反正也不妨碍思考
    不过现实确实猛烈地打击了我一下
    我不想说我具体胖到多少斤
    不过您想想 我都不能忍受 那有多么over
     
    于是当天下午起 我开始拒绝吃饭...(当然只是晚饭)
    第一天 减掉3斤
    第二天 一斤 情绪开始变得易怒(我想不吃饭对我还是有一定难度)
    第三天 两斤 (我坚持下来啦!)
    第四天 一斤 (习惯了不吃晚饭和每天跑步半小时,原来运动是可以使人精神变好的,才发现...)
     
    没错!我4天瘦了7斤!(我太为自己骄傲了哈哈哈)
    我一定会坚持下去!
     
    总结,少吃饭加运动确实及一定会瘦。
     
    意外惊喜,没想减肥会使我的人生态度变得积极^_________^
